Do you have a new job or are you in Leipzig for a longer period of time? Are you looking for a temporary home until you know where a good place to live is for you? Then treat yourself to a little luxury in a city that is so full of cultural riches.
You live on the 3rd floor of a house that was built in 1906 and renovated in 2000. The three-room flat was renovated and furnished in 2013. Treat yourself to the luxury of high-quality living! The rooms are located in the centre-north. From here you can reach many sights on foot, in 2-3 tram stops or an S-Bahn station.
The flat consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom with toilet and window and a spacious kitchen, from which the balcony opens onto the garden.
I have been renting out my beloved flat in Leipzig for over 10 years and look forward to every new guest and exchange.

Neighbourhood & Recommendations
Discover the beauty and cultural richness of Leipzig, on foot or using the well-structured public transport. Leipzig offers an incredible amout of variety and diversity, which my previous guests have all fallen in love with.
Restaurants
The house is beautifully located in a turn-of-the-century district in the northern centre of Leipzig. In addition to beautiful buildings, you will find breakfast cafés and restaurants on the nearby Georg-Schuhmann-Strasse.
Within a 15-20 minute walk you will find two of Leipzig’s most famous historic restaurants: The Gosenschänke and the Gohliser Schlößchen.
Sight Seeing
Das nahe Rosenthal und der international bekannte Zoo mit seinem europaweit einmaligen Gondwanaland laden zum Entspannen ein.
Abenteuer
Leipzig is a city of great cultural heritage and full of annual cultural highlights.
St Thomas‘ Church with its world-famous St Thomas‘ Choir, the Gewandhaus with acoustics that are unique in Europe, the opera with international productions. The Bach, Wagner, Mendelson, Schuhmann events and memorials have a density that is unrivalled in Europe.
Since May 2012, you can also follow in the footsteps of the great musicians who once lived in Leipzig. A trail, the so-called „Notenspur“, runs through the city, showing the most important musical memorials at over 23 stops along the way. You can get information about them via an audio guidance system, which you can call up on your mobile phone. For example, you can learn about the homes of Schuhmann, Bach, Wagner, Mendelson-Bartholdy or the place where Clara Wiek was born.
There are of course countless other cultural events, such as the Leipziger Pfeffermühle or the Jazz Days, which are known far beyond Leipzig.
Shows & Entertainment
Whether variety theatre, student or non-student comedy programmes, Cirque de Soleil or classical music – there is something for everyone in Leipzig’s world of entertainment.
Parks & Greenery
Leipzig is an incredibly green city and offers endless parks and escapes into the countryside.
Be it the picturesque Johannapark, the large Wilhelm-Külz-Park, the sporty Lene-Voigt-Park or the spacious Rosenthalpark – the latter is also in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
If you have a little more time, a trip to the Saxon Switzerland National Park is a must. This is known for its unique sandstone formations and fantastic hiking trails. The Bastei Bridge and Königstein Fortress are among the absolute highlights.
The journey to Saxon Switzerland takes around 2 hours by train and bus from Leipzig.
Daytrips
Not far from Leipzig you will find other wonderful cities such as Weimar, Erfurt, Dresden and Halle. Colditz Castle and Wittenberg are also well worth a visit.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in can be organised flexibly, tailored to your travel plans and needs. I am at your disposal around the clock. The same applies to check-out.
Cancellation Policy
As a tenant, you have a 14-day cancellation period during which you can cancel your booking without any problems if the flat was not viewed before signing the rental agreement and the rental agreement was concluded online.

- Minimum stay of 12 months
- Smoking is not permitted inside the flat
- Unfortunately we cannot allow pets
